Probs just lay low until you feel like it. Imo it's probs not a great idea to do crypto stuff unless Bitcoin is trending hard. And at the moment it isn't so it's really just high risk gambling. Nothing wrong with sitting out. There's not much opportunity without huge risk of ruin, at the moment.
