Your skin is a huge problem here, by fixing it you should have a good skincare routine and a better diet. Try using a gentle cleanser and a moisturizer twice a day (morning and night) and apply sunscreen after the morning routine. And at night you should apply salicylic acid(2%) atleast 2-3 times a week. And by improving your gut health try eating more greens, diary based product, and track your nutrient intake (do not go on a caloric deficit your still on your developing age. Instead do cardio). I also noticed your goatee please shave it off to get more of a cleaner and fresher look. And try getting a flow cut as it highlights your cheek bones.
Hi there thanks for giving me advice. Tbh I try eat as healthy as possible by cutting out junk like sugar etc and do have a decently good diet consisting of a lot of protein and carbs etc. I do have a skin care routine and I just changed it recently because I was using cerave before but it literally just gave me more acne so I switched it to smth more reliable. I go gym and do cardio 2 times a week so I’m hoping I stop getting bloated. Abt my goatee I do rlly like it tho and don’t like shaving it off but I’ll keep it in mind and also I’ll have a look at the flow cut you mentioned.Your skin is a huge problem here, by fixing it you should have a good skincare routine and a better diet. I see. Having a healthy diet and a good skincare routine but still having acne is probably genetics mostly, however I recommend seeing a dermatologist if that helps. Also you could keep your goatee if you like.Hi there thanks for giving me advice.
