If you didn't have negative canthal tilt then you would have hunter eyes. But the wide nose, small mouth, and hair over your small eyes definitely gives you that "school shooter" look.

The round face isn't helping but I don't know if that's due to high body fat or bad bones.

I think it's the way you have your hair over your face that makes you look like that quiet kid in class that could pull out an AR-15 at any moment.
