Usually for lunch I have about 200–300 g of pasta or ravioli with pesto, ragù, or tomato sauce, then 200 ml of milk and a protein yogurt, and for dinner either pasta again like at lunch or some meat.what do you eat in 1 day in average ?

just dont neglect nutrition
being high body fat will cause more issues than a mild deficit.
this will not lose you significant amounts of fat whatsoever
track calories, and go in a mild deficit daily

I've seen like every personal trainers at my gym tell fat people to do one of the 2 other things and personally I've seen more results with them but if you prefer cyclette ig it works tooOne last thing it’s the cyclette fine for cardio?
