What is the best way to lose fat fast without experiencing side effects such as stopping growth, hormonal imbalances, and similar issues?
 
But if I skip lunch let’s say 2 times a week doesn’t it effect my grow?
just be in a small deficit and prioritise high quality food not difficult, being fat is affecting your growth more than eating abit less

a calorie deficit, a mild one will suffice and not cause issues

just dont neglect nutrition

being high body fat will cause more issues than a mild deficit.

this will not lose you significant amounts of fat whatsoever

track calories, and go in a mild deficit daily

what do you eat in 1 day in average ?
Usually for lunch I have about 200–300 g of pasta or ravioli with pesto, ragù, or tomato sauce, then 200 ml of milk and a protein yogurt, and for dinner either pasta again like at lunch or some meat.

replace the pastas with vegetables, try to get some meat once everyday and if you eat pastas cut down on quantities, average dose for a person is 100g. if you're hungry snack on fruits. also idk if you already do but if not start doing some sport. ideally running/jogging if the goal if just losing weight

I go to the gym 4 times a week and 2 times a week I do calisthenics. How much cardio should I do?

anyway if you do like 30 min cardio on either stairmaster or incline treadmill every time you go to the gym, you should see results pretty fast

I only started going to the gym like a bit more then a month ago, thanks for the advice

I've seen like every personal trainers at my gym tell fat people to do one of the 2 other things and personally I've seen more results with them but if you prefer cyclette ig it works too

minus 300 calories from maintence and do cardio

dont forget to also strength train

give me solution pls
