You can use hydrocortisone to reduce nose size at the bottom which will look more aesthetic, its in the botb softmaxxing section other than that just gym and healthy lifestyle ig

don't hardmaxx yet, dependant on your age and your savings you can get a laser-eye surgery maybe chin implants or filler, you can get accutane as it has anti inflammatory properties which reduce your nose size as you mentioned although accutane without having acne itself may be problematic
