I was rated lltn previously by one guy from here. he said I gotta le fort 1 or use implant. and there was another guy who rated me mmtn and pointed out my eye area as my biggest flaw because it is too small. he also advised me to undergo canthoplasty and to use topical minoxidil for brows and eyelashes. so I just wanna know what rating is the closest to reality and ensure which of the gotten advises should be followed.

sides rly good but front still makes up 2/3 of it, I'd say you're HLTN, MAYBE LMTN). I do think thickening your eyebrows would help you but idk abt the canthoplasty, the canthal tilt seems pretty good, main issue in the eyes seems to be the Low pfl and intercanthal distance, I'd get more of a medial epicanthoplasty (and there's an asymmetry in your left eye that creates extra UEE, idk if its temporarily swollen or idk)
