your nose and adenoid-ish face (see article I referenced to understand what I mean) would likely both be fixed by a ccw bimax, but, given your age, you can't really undo downward growth and cw rotation of your maxilla without surgery. it's really up to you if you wanna hardmaxx or not, but ccw bimax is brootal recovery, think 6 months drinking out of a straw.

you already look good tho, enough to be clearly attractive to girls, the two new photos you posted make you seem more htn than hmtn too, so that's that. you can ofc still do all the redpill softmaxxes to complement your face/appealmaxx.
