your eyebrows have insanly high potential because they are really low set and positive unfortunately, we can't see them, if i were you i would
max them out, chek for guides here there are plenty. try lightening your eye color, darkening your brows, lashes and hair in general
get a tan to increase contrast andimprove coloring this worths about 2 points on the scale, its really overlooked also i would consider minoxidil maybe even oral minoxidil to grow out the lashes and brows.
your eye area has great potential mostly because of your supras and medial canthus i would't overlook it.
