What surgery could change brow tilt permanently cause somebody’s got macaroni brows and it looks awful 90% of the time

just grow them with minoxidil and shape them

theres eyebrow transplant also

train the facial muscles surrounding. unlikely that youd see much difference but as mentioned minox and reshape is best
