Water bottle leaked a bit in my bag, wasn’t much water exposure but a little got into my laptop for like 20 mins without me noticing
Wouldn’t power on, I let it dry for a while and tried to charge it and it booted for a sec but immediately powered off and started making very concerning static noises, probably something shorting inside (hopefully just something in the speakers and not the CPU dying)
Hopefully its just refusing to power on again until its dry because of safety overrides and hasn’t corroded internally or been totally fried
I’ve had it for years tbh and whilst MacOS is inconvenient af sometimes its done me well. Anyone else got any experience with this?
