This will be a short guide on how to have a good diet
Essentialzz:
EGGZ
High in protein, low in fat. I eat 3 boiled eggs in the morning and a 3 egg omelette by night
PEANUT BUTTER
Helpz with bulking in between mealz. I basically scopp that shit and eat it directly during timez im too full to eat a big meal
GREEK YOGURT
Same with péanut butter. I scoop it during timez im too full to eat a big meal
CHICKEN BREASTZZZ
I alwayz stock up my fridge with a ration for 2 weekz. My main source of protein and nutrition. I eat 3 chicken fillet breastz a day.
SUPPLEMENTZZ:

Basic af. I drink after working out/swimming or in between mealzz on rest dayzz..
PRE WORK OUT
I take a couple of scoopz 15 min before working out or swimming. Getz me very energetic and active . Makez a difference
WEED :
