Macroglossia

I have a tounge condition called Macroglossia, which in short is an abnormally large tounge. Before i was in bp as a whole and was at merely the tip of the iceberg, i tried mewing but due to my condition, it doesn’t work or at least i can’t notice a difference. I am not sure if I can even debloat. Is it over for me?

just dont mouth breath and you'll be fine
mewing helps but its not necessary aslong as you do other proper mouth habits
