I have been fucking around with high protein low carb moderate fat but i keep craving food like a motherfucker. What macro distribution do you all prefer ?

I prefer keeping fat pretty low and carbs higher

Tbh if you want to crave food less the most
Important thing you can do is eat for volume and eat micronutrient rich foods regardless of the macro split. Gigantic salads and shit like that

Milk
coconut milk
thai curry paste
carrots
broccoli
onions
cauliflower
tangerines
mince
celery
potatoes
oil
tiny amounts of cheese
water
tinned tomatoes
steak once a week

Lose the coconut milk and oil immediately. That shit is trash for being satiated it’s like the lowest volume highest calories ever. When I’m craving curry I use yogurt in the sauce to make it somewhat creamy but not caloric af + more protein.

I’d lose the regular milk too and like I said add some gigantic salads and stuff in. Oatmeal and potatoes are great very high volume and fiberous

I will look for alternatives for coconut milk i sort of need it for my curry i am sure i can find something else.

Also when it comes to salad your right cabbage used to help me allot with cutting i will add more leafy greens

You’re just gonna have to accept that the curry isn’t gonna be as creamy and good tbh, or maybe eat less of it. It’s just not worth having to be starved af later because you got all those calories with no volume
