eating like 0.8g/lb of protein
0.4g/lb of fat
And 50-100g of fast digesting carbs pre workout

Is there any benefits of eating carbs outside of fast digesting before workout? E.g oats
 
Search up anabolic window. Know how to use your bodies natural insulin to your advantage. Also learn how to extend your anabolic window. If you need help with this I could tell you, or just search it up and do your research.
