If you grow a long beard i.e. lumberjackmax then yes your face will look longer. But tbh I don't think your facial height is a massive problem, maybe thirds are a little unideal but biggest improvement could be nose. Eyebrows also looking kinda thick, but idk if you want to fuck with those
