Made some progress can I get some advice on what I should do next?

I posted a thread on here 2 weeks ago asking for some advice and I was told to debloat, fix my lips, and eye area. I debloated but there’s not much I think I could do for my eye area if there is then lmk. For my lips all I’ve been doing is using Vaseline and chapstick and keeping them hydrated
Any advice?
