The girl goes “it depends”

And i say “on what, your menstrual cycle?”

Funny depends on delivery here. If you can't deliver it you won't ever be funny. Being funny isn't about what you say it's sometimes about how you say it?

The same person can say the same thing. But a non-NT Indian with a strong accent isn't ever going to be funny delivering that line. That sounds like something Jimmy Carr would say and people would laugh.

Yeah i get you. I think i got too much confidence because people typically think im funny. I dont think theres any way to make this one sound funny tho whats funny about it is looking back and laughing at how retarded i was, not the joke itself

The interesting thing is, i think it was mostly in my head how much they’d remember it, because that same girl, she ended up being clearly attracted to me later in the year and interested in me, i guess you can get away with anything if you have looks and nt. but the dude definitely avoided me after that
