idek bro, i ofcourse need to fix my chin but thats as far i have planned surgery wise, im only 14 so long time, but thinking abouut getting mse but just so expensive, though in my country its cheaper ($1000-$2500), what should i do for my neck

You have an interesting face though, seemingly quite a projected maxilla, maybe bimax CCW with limited forward advancement of maxilla could be good.

Even just a genio / chin shield osteotomy may be a huge improvement aswell.

Nah, but its fine, I wouldnt say its particulary over for you so not like its urgent.

Just save for when ur 18, gives you alot of time to plan. Also its not impossible ur chin grows slightly going through puberty.
