Update. I talked to him today. He says he's Iranian and lived in New Zealand (@SubhumanCurrycel) before he came to Germany. He allegedly came to Germany in order to study but changed his plans due to financial issues and decided to go back to New Zealand. Apparently his return flight was cancelled and he intends to fly back on July 15. Of course I don't believe anything he says (you can't trust coke addicts) but I still keep hoping he leaves soon
