Magnesium Is overrated

Magnesium never really helped me with anything.

I used to take 2 120 mg ( elemental magnesium glycinate) pills, it did nothing tbh.

I took some on empty stomach, and I think it worsened my heart, I get terrible bounding pulse/ fluttering heart lol + possibly laxavative effects from it ( taken on empty stomach can boost your intestines speed).

It doesn't works that great for anxiety either, all it does is recepts adrenaline, which results in super low energy levels. JFL.

I still take it but only one pill after meal, should I take 2 at the same time instead of taking hours apart?

Don't get me wrong, shit works, but it's alright not that great.

Any other recommendations?

u use too low dosage, you need like 400-500 mg

dont use it if it gives you heart palpitaions man srs :p
there are always alternatives for every substance known to man that gives the same effect
for ex i have recently renounced yohimbine for fat loss purposes because i felt i was going into heart attack mode everyday 😢
every supp/ substance is different from man to man dont forget that ;)
 
Magnesium is one that you don't want to be even slightly deficient but I doubt taking a lot of it helps with much.
 
Doesn't matter, makes me poop nice and good.
