ngl IQ is mostly genetic. stimulants work really well tho, as well as MAOIs.
i got top 6% in the medical school application test in my country, which is basically an IQ test. I didnt do anything specical to prepare for it.
I am probably top 1% IQ in the country, because the people taking that entrance exam are already going to be higher IQ than average

I use it, it does work (not for IQ-maxxing but for motivating you to study & focus). Granted, there's all kinds of things you need to do on the side to make sure you take full advantage of it, and are minimizing its risks.
