Idk why, but whenever I take magnesium glycine or smth with glycine in it I get more relaxed and I sleep deeper, but I lose morning wood and I tested this multiple times.Whenever I get off them my morning wood comes back in a few days

were u deficient in mg before? i only expereince this when i run out of it and then take a bigger dose after a week or so of not being on it. The dreams are due to glycine and yea i dont like them much either but mogs lions mane dreas to suicide which are insanely hyperrealistic 4k , my friend had the same effect

i dont think so i always track mg in cronemeter and take it usually before sleep

probably, but histamines might not work very well unless u have some kind of allergy

winlevi is good and widely used but u could also try something more extreme like RU58841

ig it works through inhibiting sebum? so minimising igf 1 can also relieve acne a bit? should i get on berberine maybe to increase insulin sensitivity and lower igf 1?
