After listening to Peter Attia's podcasts I discovered how under supplemented most people are in magnesium, and that the recommended daily intake is much lower than what it actually should be.

I've began following his protocol, except for magnesium glycinate as a substitute for magnesium oxide since oxide is more laxative

This is the protocol:
- 2-3 SlowMag's every morning
- 400-500mg of Magnesium Glycinate at lunch time
- 165mg of Elemental Magnesium aka Mangesium L-Threonate before bed

And it's already begun to work. How do I know?

Because I don't get my pelvic spasms anymore, and for the first time in years I am remembering dreams again.
