Beard for sure. Tretinoin for the skin + the basics. You seem older so if you aren’t on a dht blocker get one right now. Preferrably dutestaride.

Your main flaw is your assymetrical jaw so a beard would help out a bunch. Also you have a very skinny neck so fix that and gymaxx as well of course.
