Maintaining masseter muscle

So I’ve been chewing for 5 months and made good gains. However now I want to maintain what I have built and am not sure how to go about it. I have both mastic and falim gum but have been using mastic the most

I used to chew for around 2h 5x a week to build muscle, however I’m now considering chewing 3x a week for 30m with mastic. Would that still be too much for maintenance/would that still be building muscle? Just need general advice on what I should do to maintain what I’ve built lol

what were you chewing before mastic?
 
I just chew 2x week 2h to maintain. I’ve found even if I forget and I lose the gains then they come back very quick due to muscle memory.

Yeah muscle memory is also a factor. What do you chew to maintain?
 
Falim, used to chew mastic but it fuks up my teeth

How so? Isn’t the general baseline for maintenance of any muscle to train it 1x a week with moderate load anyway?

just keep your normal calorie intake a train to sustain
