So I’ve been chewing for 5 months and made good gains. However now I want to maintain what I have built and am not sure how to go about it. I have both mastic and falim gum but have been using mastic the most
I used to chew for around 2h 5x a week to build muscle, however I’m now considering chewing 3x a week for 30m with mastic. Would that still be too much for maintenance/would that still be building muscle? Just need general advice on what I should do to maintain what I’ve built lol
