MAJOR ASCENSION: subhuman to hmtn?

who designed you infra implants? Is it saddled? Did he use spacer grafts? overall do you like them?
not sure what the saddled part means. Designer was some new guy named Michel, works with mehmet. Big can of the malar part, id like to do the infras a bit different if we end up changing things when i go to add paranasals

I know you've well documented your journey on org. But if/when you feel it's complete it be worth a consildated write up somewhere. For all the chuds in their various mumbai basements.

Yeah; i started a "looksmaxxing diary" thread where i recapped most stuff and i update my current progress and stuff, but once im finally all done and ready to log out here i suppose i could do one very thorough post. nothing really groundbreaking here, ive only done procedures and medications that are all well documented already. but it would be nice to see how it all panned out before to after

Were the implants custom and did they come with the DJS? Did you tell them to be placed laterally, most cheek implants (though moreso off the shelf designs) seem to be placed anteriorly which leaves the face looking a bit bloated.

(Feel free to ignore this post, I just read through more of this thread and saw some of my questions answered.)

Implants at the same time as the djs. everything custom. not sure what lateral placement means, sorry

Most implants paired with DJS tend to be custom made from what I've seen. Cheek implants that project laterally are placed on the sides of your face whilst anterior projection are when they're placed in front of your face. The former helps to widen a narrow face whilst the latter can help to address frontal midface deficiencies. Off the shelf implants can have a bit of freedom in placement but since your implants were custom fit I guess I'd ask if they were designed with more lateral or anterior projection in mind.

I think that would create more of a bloated effect, his cheeks look very defined in the after whilst there's virtually no zygomatic arch in the before pics. Hopefully OP can provide scans or the sort to give some more clarification.

what I found interting is the effect they had on your specific kind of skin.
Im the opposite, my skin is damn thin both front and lateral side of the infra-malar area
you were not boneless in the infras area i guess, looks like a neutral vector now u made it positive

I have stupidly thick skin. Surgeon started me on accutane for the sole purpose of thinning it out a bit. u think thinner skin would be a negative impact on my results?

My humble personal opinion is more of a very general rule.
The width of the lower jaw should ideally be 90-95% of the zygomatic width.
Having established this, imagine a line that runs from the tip of the cheekbone down the front to the tip of the mandible.
The problem is when that line is excessively curved, it creates an "alien face." And it's in these cases that you immediately notice that someone has had implants.
I like u with the thick skin, now that is properly stretched.
Accutane is not gonna thick it that much anyway imo, a little bit i think is good.
For how much time u r suppose to take it? Not good if more then 4-5 months.

Btw i noticed you skin looks red in the whole zygos area

wait anteriorly placed malar implants create a bloated look? damn thats suifuel lol. so they wouldnt be able to give u stronger sharper cheekbones then?

Defined cheekbones are typically wide. Cheek implants placed laterally are to create a wider face (therefore more defined cheekbones), they're arguably what most people need to cure a face too narrow for a visible zygomatic arch. Here's an example of (off the shelf/not custom) cheek implants placed laterally. If you're looking for strong sharp cheekbones these are your best bet.

Malar implants 1

Anteriorly placed implants are done so to address midface deficiencies, creating a fuller look. So if your face is already full then chances are you'll end up bloated AKA "apple cheeks".

Assuming your case isn't as severe, you can most likely address the midface with more subtle fat grafts.

ohh ok lmao I misconstrued what you said that makes sense. Weirdly my face isnt really really narrow the zygos just dont pop lol, but from the pics you've shown I wouldnt need anteriorly placed implants. Ill be getting custom with either eren pera or mehmet though so hopefully it goes well.

is it lighing and angle dependent ?

ok so o don't think buccal fat was that big of a change at all. in the mirror at least i kinda look the same. at some angles there might be more of a disconnect there between my zygos and jaw. my guy did it for free though, i personally wouldn't find this worth paying for
