major blood loss from accutane

so ive been on accurate for 2 months and yesterday night I had like crazy blood pouring out of my nose and I was planning on going to my colleges game tn but im genuinely like losing consciousness n shi is there anything I can do to minimize this or like feel better quick lmk.

yea I tried that helping a bit, but still feel so shitty from all the blood loss pounding electrolytes n eating rn but prob can't drink tn I can barely even stand up rn without being lightheaded asf

ya that's what I did thanks for the help imma try to get a prescription nasal spray and eat some high sodium food rn. shi was pooling out of me my hands and face were covered in the middle of campus too. these girls were looking at me like wtf kinda funny tho
