I think every social situation is a unique gestalt of infinitely complex factors. Personality is def one of them. But imo the way you're allowed to act is limited by what you look like.

At work things are a little different because you see those fuckers way too often so looks take a backseat over time. Kind of like family almost especially if it's a good environment. But their first impression of you will always have a profound effect on the future of your relationship with them and 90% of first impressions are looks.

Getting better looking just makes every aspect of life easier so you don't have to exert as much effort on the 'social' side of things.

I think you underestimate how many men are below average looking and/or below avergae height?
