Alcohol, this one ingredient shatters development and puberty. It’s unreal how promoted and idolized it is.

Anyone who has been in high school has seen the effects of alcohol during development on people.

Forever grateful I learned about this through a friend while in the beginning of puberty.

I used to brew alcohol in my closet with an elaborate pipe system which dispelled the stench into a bottle of water which absorbed it

I used to brew it with those yeast packets and grape juice, thought I was some kind of mastermind. Prison wine does not taste good, but it'll get you hammered :yes:

I had the highest iq

I would freeze the hooch, and alcohol doesn't freeze at regular freezing temp

Therefore, the water would freeze,

Then I'd put it upside down and let the alcohol come out :feelshmm::feelshmm::feelshmm:

Was probably getting a good 35-40%

Anything that is bad for your health in general will kill development during puberty, because "bad for health" means destroys the body's ability to do stuff, like fighting diseases or digesting food. Growing is also work being done by the body. So things like alcohol, smoking (even vapes you degens), undersleeping, lack of or excessive exercise, too much mental stress, bad sugary diet, seed oils, microplastics, flouride water, soy, too much grains, being vegan, lack of sunlight, lack of protein, soda, energy drinks (even monsters you degens), bad air etc. will ruin your development.

I still just find it so interested that normies who understand the importance of sleep, diet, sun, Ect.,. will have an exception for alcohol, this is purely because of societal pressure on alcohol and being raised into it. Yet it’s one of the worst things you can do for your body.

Back in my day teenhood was so much simpler. We only cared about beyblades.

You cant really change your genes, so IDC. If youre at a starting point (x) and another person is at (y), where y = x + q, and no matter how much you improve the total change will still be less than q, Id still choose to improve myself regardless. Because there will always be people born better than me at something, but I cannot just LDAR cuz they fucking exist. Thats like saying "oh why are you even swimming when people who are 6'3 with perfect genetics for the sport (like michel phelps) exist". Well thats stupid since the effort I put in will make me better regardless of his existence. I will still learn a lot doing practice. Looks arent everything in life, the ability to have sex isnt everything.

At maximum theyll force you 3 times. After that theyll understand that "ohk this guy doesnt drink, no point forcing him". Same with smoking.

preteenhood for me. My teenhood, esp early teenhood was brutal. Its way better now, but I think its cuz I was younger than most at school. Atleast 6 months if not a year... Thats one of the best pros of enrolling school later, youll always be taller than everyone else, and more developed. Less chances of getting bullied too.
