Researchers are always looking for healthy volunteers, and they are generally considered harder to find than sick people.
You can get paid a few hundred dollars for a pint of blood, and make up into the thousands if you volunteer for some of the more invasive tests.
The only downside is you have to be 18, and you have to agree not to hold the researchers liable if something bad happens. But it can definitely be a decent side gig, or something to do if you are lazy and unskilled.
For example, after only a couple of minutes of research, I found this study where you can make $400 for giving some blood if you qualify (they are likely recruiting old people only, but you get the point).
