Gain their trust, and convince them to take the vaccine, in a natrual way though, don't push it on them but tell them it's "safe". Just ease them into it.

A "friend" could never want to hurt you... Right?

And on the opposite end, make friends with females and tell them not to take the vaccine.

Convince both at all costs.
