Half of people get 20,000 dollars a year and have to work the slave positions. They have to or else they go to jail and do forced labor for their food.
The other half is the future of humanity: everyone gets to be rich (except 1 in 2). No one has to worry abt anything anymore. The “slave” class can still afford food and a little room and if they beg on top of work they could make decent cash
