It is very good to know what your skin tone is so you can pick the colors that make you look your best. For example, I am a cool skin tone because I can see blue veins in my wrist. With fair skin and dark hair, the colors that look best on me are blues, most greens, and certain shades of reds and light grey and white. Colors to avoid for me would be browns, oranges, yellows, pink, and any earth tones.

Yeah, looks like he used the auto setting for the photos, that's why he looks different, he thinks that by wearing cool colors, he would look better, but in reality his face looks warmer only because the camera compensates for the blue background.
