Make up for girls doesn't onoy change their face

So I had a photo shoot with my class because its the last year together. Some girls that look really good change so much. I didnt have my glasses at that time but looking at the photos they look like they dont have souls.
The make up girl use for special occasions scares me. Looks 2 uncanny. That make up makes them look like they aint human.
