Important thing you have to know!
First of all this will not last for a week, it's temporary :feelsohgod:, but still worth it (y).

What to do?
all you need is just gum, as you know gum is cheap and taste good, buy a gum with your fav flavour and start chewing it. you gotta chew in both sides NOT just on one side or your jawline will look uneven.

Why you shouldn't chew a lot? & What not to do?
Well... unless if you are not retarded :feelsuhh:, chewing will cause headaches and jaw pain so be careful don't fucking chew a lot.

- Don't make mistakes just like what I did in the past that shit fucked my head couldn't eat food at all :feelswah:.

- Chew for only 3-4 hours or less.

- Don't chew hard

- Don't swallow the gum spit it out when you are done.

- Avoid gums with high sugar :no:

Chewing is a looksmax, anyone who thinks it bloats you has shit masseter insertions.

I wrote the reasons of why you shouldn't chew a lot, chewing is good but it can also cause bad things to your head.

Yeah I like thee toning effects of chewing. I dont see huge masseters an advantage though

Except there are no "masseter insertions" it's about your jaw bonemass that decides if your jaw will look good with big masseters or not

i stretch my masseter almost daily, and put heat on my joint

You didnt notice temporalis muscle bloat?

Also most bloat people notice is because of temporalis muscle hypertrophy, which i’m pretty sure has no insertion
When he clenches, the widest part of the masseter (the part that protrudes the most) is not at the bottom of the ramus, it’s half way up the ramus (closer to his ear). Watch the video.

Also as far as i’m concerned one of the only muscles without an insertion and origin point is the tongue.

But yes as i said most bloat people notice are from their faces appearing wider due to the temporalis muscle
Apparently molar chewing activates trmporalis the most, and inscisor the least. IDK tho, you’ll have to try.

I'm also 16 but nice I can see the difference you changed a lot actually, but I suggest you to not chew 24 hours everyday.

What did u chew just out of curiosity? This looks like puberty but chewing probably helped if there was development in the chin and ramus
falim gum, i used to have a +20mm overbite before, first pic is when i just started with braces, and i started chewing too
now i have like 1mm of overbite, seems like chewing promoted jaw growth, even tho im still a little bit recessed on the maxilla part, i got a very well projected chin

Yeah, obviously it works in this case. Your bones should still be somewhat malleable. Some kids these days barely entered puberty around that age.
