Could you emulate VDPHL01 by just using topical minoxidil?

I did a little experiment a few months back when I wanted oral minoxidil by just drinking topical minoxidil

I stopped it though because I was afraid of pericardial effusion, which is a known, albeit rare side effect of oral minoxidil. But now we will soon have VDPHL01, which is a more effective and safer version of oral minoxidil. Basically it's just XR oral minoxidil which makes it effective longer and gives shallower blood plasma concentrations, which mitigates the side effects on the cardiovascular system.

But now, in my infinite ingenuity I've had another revelation, only comparable to the likes of Moses standing on fucking Mount Sinai, as if the lord himself descended from heaven, and asked me:

What if we just pour topical minoxidil in a jug of water, and slowly drink that bitch over the waking hours of the day? Isn't that pretty much exactly like VDPHL01?

Lol that’s true but I think that the quantities are negligible. You’re gonna drink 5ml of liquid over a whole day, even if it were 100k% ethanol it’d be like drinking a quarter of a shot

Actually it’s 0.1 ml of liquid, so it’s basically nothing, it’s like slowly drinking 1 gulp of beer over the whole day

not a bad idea but exactly how reliable is it, do you know the concentration you will need to ingest

I have a friend who drinks it, he is still alive and says its much cheaper that way + still effective. I havent been on minoxidil for a few years, I was on dut for a month or two but ran out. Getting back on it ASAP.

I'd say if ur balding, defo take minox but also hop on dut / finasteride too, minox alone won't prevent you from balding, it kind of just helps you to grow hair, not to mitigate hair loss.
