making a rash for hydrocortisone

so i have an appointment tomorrow and i need to make some kind of rash/scar on my hand so i have a proper reason to get hydrocortisone cream. (it has to be prescribed in my country jfl) what acids or tools could i use? it doesnt have to last long

i can, but the minimum cost for a bottle would be 35 bucks and that just isnt worth it

in my case nickel would work cuz i'm allergic to that. maybe trying aha/bha acids or hair bleach and chemically burning urself would work too. nettles or essential oils? salt (in the sun)?

if u leave hair bleach or aha/bha on for too long it burns ur skin chemically

ive found a bottle of descaling agent for removing limescale and will be trying it, hopefully it does something

Nice i might actually give hydrocortisone a try and see if it does shrink my nose

solution: i cut my skin with a knife and applied makeup remover to make a decent rash. seeing my doctor and hoping to get it prescribed
