Making my own DHT gel

Ordered raw powder stanalone overseas and I want to turn it into a topical solution. I know there's a few threads that say to make a mixture with alcohol and dmso, but because of corona a lot of the alcohol products are only available online and for more than I'm willing to conveniently pay. Anyone know any easier methods? Maybe a base moisturizer that I can add my raw powder to? Thanks
