Add 1g of erda
Add 1g of taurine MIX
finished mixing? Add 2g of taurine (MIX)
4G of taurine and mix till you finish the amount of taurine your using , could use creatine aswell but creatine absorbs liquids so idk, Better off using glycine or taurine , after finishing the mixing and adding, put the mixed powder back inside your container with a silica pack
Note: 200g of taurine 1g of erda is 5mg of erda per 1g of mixture ( you should be left with a pure yellowish powder)

And yea hope ts helped and don’t forget the sevelamer carbonate for phosphate , and yea peace out I’ll update on height later idk
