Making zygos more prominent

Any legitimate way to make your zygos more prominent? I been training my masseteers a lot so i want both to look more prominent. Im also trying to get a pallete expander but money short rn

mse - marpe - best way unless you wanna risk getting botched with implants, you need a amazing designer if you go that path

trust me though im running it in a month in conjunction with dame (distraction assisted mandibular expansion), which is gonna make my chin and mandible wider

Wait just a question (im a little dumb) if the nasal bone widens wouldn't you need a rhino or not? That's what im confused about

Wait just a question (im a little dumb) if the nasal bone widens wouldn't you need a rhino or not? That's what im confused about

your ailer base does widen but usually not significantly as you think, not that much of a visual change on the soft tissue but imo if you have to sacrifice it for a wider skull it's worth it, better fwhr, more dimorphic, and you prob won't need a rhino after but yes it does widen

So All MSEs are MARPES, not all MARPES are MSES

MARPE - mini-screw assisted rapid palatal expander

MSE - maxillary skeletal expander

MSE is just a specific type of MARPE

MSE uses the same four screws but they are usually placed deeper into bone and are and are designed to create pure skeletal expansion and less tooth tipping, but choosing all depends on your case, but both widen the skull
