Hoping to improve my cooked fwhr with some implants (Considering bimax too but to my knowledge my vertical excess isnt enough to make a maxillary impaction worth it. Idk though)

Custom implants are really expensive so I’ll have to wait for a couple of years for those, but I’m also considering slight filler on the jaw and cheekbones in the meantime. A lot of people on here seem to be strongly against filler though.

Full list of changes:
- Jaw and Cheek width increased + cheekbone casts a better shadow
- Thicker upper lip
- Slightly wider mouth
- Slightly more narrow nose
- Tan + Eyebrow dye
- Neck width increased

I feel like this morph is achievable and probably the limit my genetics allow, but let me know if any of you have advice on the implants or filler or whether bimax with maxillary impaction would be worth it etc.

You do not need any surgeries bro tf. All you need to do is make your neck bigger by neck exercising w weights. And you need to slightly de-bloat the face and lose some fat %.

fuck the implants your widths are already good, especially jaw is looking good. you could do fat graft in the upper lip maybe combined with conservative lip lift. rhino for alar width and just soft max. your blonde with blue eyes buddy. get that tan

Suggestions to achieve that morph :

> either partial hairline lowering surgery or a hair transplant to address temporal peaks and receded hairline (which I assume is just the original design, and not a consequence of androgenetic alopecia). Will improve your total FWHR, vertical thirds ratio, bitemporal to bizygomatic width ratio, and will allow better hair styles.
> minoxidil + microneedling to grow fuller eyebrows, especially in the lateral parts. Brush them upward to create a slight arch whose peak is aligned with the lateral canthus. Will improve misc and dimorphism.
> dye the eyebrows in a shade of medium brown.
> fat graft to the right eye's supraorbital, due to excessive and asymmetric upper eyelid exposure.
> rhinoplasty to refine the tip, narrow the columella, and reduce alar width. Current mouth to nose width ratio is ~1.3, outside the ideal range (1.4-1.6) ; alar reduction will harmonize this ratio (~1.44 in the morph).
> lip lift. Will improve lower lip to upper lip ratio, midface ratio, and FWHR.
> lip repair ? What happened to the left part of your upper lip ? Have you consulted a plastic surgeon to fix it ?
> filler in the cheekbones (Juvederm Volux ?). Will improve your FWHR and ESR — currently 0.48, down to 0.47 in the morph.
> filler in the gonions (Radiesse ?). Will improve angularity.

I would suggest to forget about jaw angle implants, as you need very little additional volume, and rather sharpness for improved angularity. To achieve that, stick to fillers.
Custom malar implants could deliver an interesting upgrade, but it's also easy to overdo or underdo them. In other words, it's hard to get them right.
Mouth cannot be widened in a satisfactory or significant way. You're welcome to provide counter-examples using medical grade pictures with identical lens, lighting, and angles.
Your neck is fine as is. You could make it a little wider with targeted exercise, but it's not mandatory for you to look good.
To say whether you're eligibile to a bimax or not, you would have to provide a side profile picture + medical imagery like a CBCT scan (ideally).

Anyway, your excellent pheno & coloring will make many people here overlook your actual flaws, because all of them are minor & moderate. I think you have the potential to achieve really good looks if you fully commit and strategize well.
Obviously, take my suggestions with a grain of salt (although they mostly follow on from your own analysis in the OP), as they are based on this one picture only, and all these things are always easier said than done.
