Male attractiveness peaks depending on your bone structure, soft tissue and fat pads.

So it depends on the person. In my case, all of my fat pads have been destroyed and I don't have any bone support. I never had a peak.

Prettyboys generally look bad after losing fat pads because they don't have the bone support. They peaked 18-22 and descend slowly from there.

Masc + good bone support will age the best. Some can peak all the way into their early 30s. After 35 it's downhill regardless though, unless u get surgical intervention. Even then, the agepill remains undefeated. It's inescapable.

Also to consider is the rate u lose malar fat pads. Some lose their superficial fatpads quicker than others. Prettyboys need superficial fat pads to retain their SMV, while masc only loses SMV once they start losing the deeper fat pads necessary to prevent that melted effect.
