Ideal male body fat percentage is 8-10% although how the body fat is distributed matters as well.

12% and no discussion. For overall maintanance, keeping a good amount of muscle, looking sharp and cut, whilst having an overall good quality of life.
Mfs who say 8-10 have no idea what its like to be ACTUAL sub10% bodyfat as a natural. Tired all the time, irritable, looking like a fucking twink etc.
But I assume they are like most people and have warped sense of bf percentanges, their 8-10% is probably real 12% anyway.
If you don't look good at actual 12% it means you have extreme subhuman bones and no amount of single digit bodyfat will save you
