Male Infertility from the COVID-19, what should my plan be?

Apparently COVID-19 can cause male infertility. It can cause lesions in the testicles. I want to have a son one day if I cannot carry out my goals, and getting this virus will essentially stop that plan. Does anyone have any experience with freezing sperm? Maybe I can send my sperm to a bank and in the future I can buy it back. Looking for any solutions to this potential problem.
