I think this is a misconception and I used to think the same way. JBs look at prettyboy-esque types the same way they look at puppies. Cute and adorable and they wanna stare all day. There may be SOME sexual energy mixed in there, but not really. They don't actually grow out of this in my opinion. As they age, they still consider those same boys to be pretty... but now they're also more away of their sexuality and begin to notice sexually dimorphic men way more. So it's not that the preferences changed, it's that they were awakened to real desires, in a way. And that age can be different for every girl. They still think those pretty boys are cute, those puppies are cute, but Chad Thundercock... man he is a walking bag of sex that gives them pussy tingles. It's completely different.
