Not sure what indo aryans have to do with anything, that’s just a linguistic group lol, the vast majority of south Asians look like AASI plus Zagros, which is honestly one of the most cursed racial combinations out there, I have so many bad traits from this combo, like recessed infras, large long bulbous nose from Zagros and wide alar base with flared nostrils from aasi. I’d say that with proper nutrition and discounting cultural failios many south Asians mog East Asians on average. South Asian food is dogshit for health and my life improved significantly when I reduced how much I eat it

Not exactly, to begin with “Aryan” as a racial category is kinda dumb and nonsensical, sure the the proto indo aryans/ proto indo iranians were white people, they were an eastern branch of corded ware, corded ware and bell beaker dna are a huge component of Europeans. North Indians are like 20-25% of this ancestry, while Persians are like 5-9% for the most part, however the bulk of south Asian ancestry is the Zagros(Neolithic Iranian) and aasi/south Asian hunter gatherer component, this means that “Aryan” dna is a smaller portion of our dna, and what I’m saying about 20-25% only really applies to North Indians, and many other south Asian groups have lower numbers. If proto indo Aryan admixture is what makes someone “Aryan” then yes we are more Aryan than Iranians. Problem here is that Aryan is more of self promclaimed social title rather than some racial category. Iranians started calling themselves aryans because they got influenced and mixed somewhat with the proto indo Iranians. In the subcontinent Aryan also became a cultural and religious tiltle, and many of the first “Aryans” were mixed people. In Hinduism being Aryan just means you follow Hindu rituals. Also phenotypically we are going to resemble the proto indo aryans way less on average, because we are heavily aasi rich, and aasi is a very dark skinned non west Eurasian component, you can basically think of a pakistani Punjabi as half middle eastern, 30% kinda dark skinned Asian or aboriginal Australian, and 20% white if that makes sense. Afghans can resemble proto indo Iranians/aryans way more often because they have significant lower to little AASI DNA.
