They do, but this is mostly the product of senility. Most times I go to the supermarket in Florida I have to wait for some old (70-80) white woman, it is never an old man, to move her cart which she has left parked in the middle of the aisle. Just a couple days ago, I was walking toward the market exit, I had to walk at half my regular speed because of the old woman in front of me pushing a cart, then when she gets to the exit she just stops in the middle of the door opening for no good reason.

Blacks at my high school were like 4%, and at my college like 1% (lol that my quarterly alumni magazine feels the need to write up any minor achievement by any black alumni as if it is a big deal, to make it seem like there were more Black grads than there really were), not sufficient numbers to exert any collective influence. Even when I worked as an Engineer I encountered few Blacks.

The inner cities have long been the grounds of well defined racial boundaries. One could argue that Italians, or Irish, or whatever were just as territorial as blacks. However one could also argue that the Italians, or Irish, or whatever were only territorial as a defensive response to predatory blacks.
