Malocclusion and Crooked teeth. Have there been examples where fixing ascends you to chad?

Ricecel here. Have braces and will get bimax to fix asymmetrical and recessed jaw. Will this ascend me?

Thinking this, gymmaxxing, hairmaxxing, and a little bit of geomaxxing at home in Korea (not into white American chicks anyway) will ascend me. But worried the NT pill is going to hold me back.
