Wait I thought the max limit of limb lengthening was 2 inches
No, they can lengthen the femur by 4.5” and the tibia by 3.5”

possible yes, but worth?
you don't want to max out and then look disproportionate as hell when you're done with the mutilation surgery like the dude below.
theres a reason why on every LL clinic page/personal too (livelifetaller etc) they ALWAYS show the post-surgery result with pants on.
this has been said thousands of times, but you're actively running the risk of getting left disabled potentially for life, and if not for life gambling your ability to stand upright when you're 55 or something (might be wrong idk what im talking about, u tell me). it also makes your banana look smaller.
makes you wonder, what would be the ideal measurement ratio of your tibia/femur & maybe torso to not look like an alien post disfigurement? would cycling somatropin increase your chances of proper recovery, speed and potentially play a role into allowing the preservation of pre-surgery functionality? so many questions... i hope a random 17 year old online can answer them.

Luckily for me I have naturally short femur, if I were to get LL extending it by 4.5” my legs would be closer to the ideal proportion and the only thing out of wack would be femur to tibia (which wouldn’t even be bad)

The ideal ratio for legs is your legs being 45% of total height I believe. And the tibia being 78% of the femur

As for making my dick look small the obvious solution is to lengthen that too

Currently I have a height of 71.5 inches, femur of 15 inches, and tibia of 14 inches. My proportions are therefore 41% and 93%.

Let’s say I surgically lengthen my femur by 4.5 inches each: now my measurements will be a 76 inch height, 19.5 inch femur and 14 inch tibia. This brings the proportions to 44% and 71%, this is closer to the ideal of 45 and 78 than the original of 41 and 93…
